طوبیٰ فاؤنڈیشن کا مقصد اہل علم کی خدمت کرنا ہے اور ایسے طالب علم جو ایم فل پی ایچ ڈی یا کسی شعبہ جات میں سپیشلائزیشن کر رہے۔ان کی مدد کرنا ہے۔اس مقصد کے لئے طوبی فاؤنڈیشن نے ملک بھر کی تمام لائبریریز خواہ ذاتی ہوں یا نجعی ہوں انکو ڈیجیٹل کرنے کا پروگرام رکھتی ہے۔سب سے پہلا مقصد لائبریریوں کا کھوج لگانا،ان میں موجود کتب کی فہرست اور تعارف پیش کرنا ہے اور نایاب مخطوطات کی سکینینگ،اور ایسی کتب جن کو سکین کرنے کی ضرورت ہے انکو سکین کر کے انکو پی ڈی ایف اور کنڈل فارمیٹ میں پیش کرنا ہے۔

آپ سے ہماری گزارش ہے کہ اس عظیم مقصد کی تکمیل کے لئے آپ طوبی فاؤنڈیشن سے خصوصی تعاون فرمائیں اس مقصد کے لئے آپ اپنے ارد گرد،تحصیل و ضلع لیول پر موجود لائبریریز کا کھوج لگائیں اور لائبریرین ،منتظمین حضرات سے ہمارا رابطہ کروائیں۔
کتابوں کی سکیننگ کے لئے خصوصی تعاون کیا جائے یہ تعاون آپ ہمارے ساتھ کسی بھی ممکنہ صورت میں کر سکتے ہیں
