This book is a collection of memorable evenings spent with my mentor, Qasim Ali Shah, during a journey of knowledge and spirituality.
These meetings were a search for deep and unconventional answers to life’s most complex questions.
Through these seventeen sessions, I discovered a spiritual understanding of my true self.
I was once lost in doubts, confusions, and inner darkness. But my mentor’s wise and soulful words led me toward clarity and peace.
What is love?
How can one become a Sufi?
What is spirituality?
What is true success?
How should one serve humanity?
Why should we live with contentment?
Whom should we befriend?
These are just some of the thought-provoking questions I explored under the guidance of my mentor, Qasim Ali Shah.
Every week, I met him and asked these deep, troubling questions. I believe you too may be facing similar thoughts.

Jawahir al-Tasawwuf | جواہر التصوف
Jawahir al-Tasawwuf | جواہر التصوف دراصل یحییٰ بن معاذ الرازیؒ کے حکیمانہ اقوال، مناجات اور صوفیانہ حکمتوں کا ایک بیش قیمت مجموعہ ہے، جسے مرتب نے نہایت خوبصورت انداز میں موضوعاتی ترتیب دے کر پیش کیا ہے۔
مرتب کے مطابق، یحییٰ بن معاذ الرازیؒ کی حکمتیں اپنی معنوی گہرائی اور تنوع کے اعتبار سے نہایت اہم ہیں، اور اگرچہ اسلوب و بیان کے لحاظ سے انہیں حکم ابن عطاء اللہ اسکندریؒ سے کم قرار دیا گیا ہے، مگر مقدار، تنوع اور قدامت کے لحاظ سے یہ ایک بنیادی اور سابقہ ماخذ کی حیثیت رکھتی ہیں۔
یہ کتاب دراصل ان اقوال کو:
موضوعات کے مطابق مرتب کرتی ہے
ہر حکمت کی شرح اور توضیح پیش کرتی ہے
بعض مقامات پر قرآن و حدیث اور آثارِ سلف سے ربط بھی واضح کرتی ہےمرتب نے جہاں ضروری سمجھا وہاں شرح و تبصرہ کیا، جبکہ بعض جامع اور واضح اقوال کو بغیر شرح کے بھی شامل کیا گیا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ حکمتوں کو نمبرنگ دے کر اس انداز سے ترتیب دیا گیا ہے کہ قاری بآسانی ان کی طرف رجوع کر سکے۔
کتاب کا نام “جواہر التصوف” بھی اسی حکمت اور روحانی گہرائی کی مناسبت سے رکھا گیا، جو یحییٰ بن معاذ الرازیؒ کے اقوال میں جھلکتی ہے۔
یہ کتاب تصوف، تزکیہ نفس، اخلاق، اور روحانی مجاہدہ کے طالبین کے لیے نہایت قیمتی خزانہ ہے۔
